This is just one of 12 supply outlets in the home. All had the same treatment: ‘Custom’ register boxes, no collars, no thought of sealing to the sheetrock. The flex wasn’t even taped to the register box. Wilks wrote, “Truly plug and play. No worries, the grill will cover it.”
