Meet Your NEW Customer Care Team
National Comfort Institute is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members who are part of the Customer Care Team to support our NCI members and clients. Jacob Orr and Colton Bailey will report to Nick Guarino, NCI’s Director of Sales & Operations.

Jacob Orr brings a strong background in customer relations, sales, and business-to-business account management across both logistics and construction-related industries. His experience includes supporting business clients and general contractors, managing accounts, solving problems quickly, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
“I now bring that same commitment to service, communication, and professionalism to my role at NCI, helping customers access the training and support they need to grow and succeed,” he says.

Colton Bailey began working in the HVAC trades when he joined the Marines in 2011. He was a refrigeration engineer who performed HVAC diagnostics and repairs. After his discharge in 2015, he began working as a residential and light commercial HVAC technician, transitioning into sales. Colton eventually found himself working for an energy company whose primary objective was to help clients increase efficiency and lower carbon emissions through HVAC, controls, BAS, LED, solar and more.
He says, “I’m grateful for the experiences and people who got me to where I am now. I consider myself a lifelong learner and enjoy helping people achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.”
Please join the entire NCI team in welcoming Jacob and Colton.
Summit 2026 Room Reservations are Open
Great news: you can now book your rooms for High-Performance HVAC Summit 2026 and get the special National Comfort Institute rate. This low rate is good for three days prior and after Summit, depending on availability. If you plan to stay longer than that, you’ll need to call 1-800-DOLLYWOOD to book a reservation with a pre/post extension.

Just go to ncilink.com/SummitRoomReserves to get the Summit promotional room rate. Do it sooner rather than later, as rooms in the NCI block will fill up fast.
Summit itself is scheduled for September 1-3, 2026, in Pigeon Forge, TN. It will be headquartered in the Dollywood Heartsong Lodge and Resort.
Of course the program for the event will focus on high performance, but you can also plan a family vacation that features complimentary trolley service to the Dollywood Parks, numerous dining options, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, and more.
If you attended Summit 2025, consider joining NCI’s exclusive PATH to High-Performance Coaching program (a 10-part online coaching series) to keep that momentum going.
Yes, there is a cost associated with it, and seating is limited. However, if you register for Summit 2026, the coaching program is FREE.
Just go to the following website — gotosummit.com/path-to-performance — to learn more about this program, how you can sign up, and how you can save money by registering for Summit 2026.
