  • Climatisasion ACG of Montreal, Canada is the 2025 Small Contractor of the Year winner. According to Dominick Guarino, they took their fledgling company from zero to well over a million in revenues in just five years!

“They started using NCI standards and methods after attending their first Summit in Asheville last year,” he says.

Guarino presented Woo the award during the Summits Awards Banquet.

“They have implemented NCI methods in their installation and service work at breakneck speed, investing heavily in technology and training to accomplish their goal to be the best in their market. But what makes this contractor really stand out is their leader — Anthony Woo‘s — level of enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to become a top High-Performance leader in his market.”

  • Baggett Heating and Cooling of Clarksville, TN is the 2025 Medium Contractor of the Year winner. For 50 years Baggett Heating & Cooling has been providing high-quality residential heating and air conditioning maintenance, service and replacement systems to the Clarksville-Montgomery County area.

This company is a second-generation firm. In an age of expansion, Alana Ward and her team focus on being the best in Clarksville, not the biggest.

Says David Richardson, vice-president of training for NCI, “I first met Alana when I was still a contractor and have watched her grow and overcome challenges over the years. She believes in adapting new technology but at the same time keeping things simple and applicable.

“Training is a priority. NCI taught onsite for them when everything was still shut down during the pandemic. Alana requires all new team members to understand airflow testing and diagnostics – it’s a way of life. Plus, Alana’s charm and enthusiasm is contagious,” he concluded.

“Just five years ago they hit $3.8 Million in sales with 16% net profit. It wasn’t easy. There certainly were growing pains. But by persevering and digging deep, they got through those tough times.

“Company Owner Chad Simpson and his team not only discovered testing technologies including measureQuick and Trueflow, they went full bore with a High-Performance approach.”
