SEPTEMBER – Make sure every technician and installer has the training, certifications, and tools to do proper Carbon Monoxide (CO) safety and combustion testing and diagnostics. Be prepared for your Fall maintenance calls with a team that is ready to fully uncover CO safety and combustion issues and generate needed work.
OCTOBER – Include Low-level CO monitors in your product offerings and teach your techs to offer them. If you decide to sell low-level monitors, make sure you have a good process for introducing them to your customers.
NOVEMBER – Work on your company culture. Is your culture more High-Performance based than it was at the start of the year? Has your entire team bought into the new culture? If not, think about the steps you can take to cement it better for the entire team.
DECEMBER – Evaluate how you did on your 2025 resolutions. As you identify where you may have fallen short, put together a new list of resolutions for 2026. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
If you methodically integrate the process outlined above into your company, you will be well on your way to becoming a High-Performance leader in your marketplace.
If you’re not sure how to implement any of the above steps, give NCI a call or email us. We would be glad to chat with you and help point you in the right direction. Happy New Year!
